Return Policy
Lumos&Co accepts returns or exchanges for items purchased from our website within 30 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation, under the following conditions:
• There are no visible signs of wear and tear
• The item is in its original, unopened condition
• No additional damage has occurred to the item

Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate items (underwear), sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.
